Rapid Hacker v4.0 - Final, Works with Static IP

Rapid Hacker v4.0 is a tool to bypass the RapidShare waiting limit on files.
It retrieves a proxy list and then spoofs the proxy's IP as your IP.
It works perfectly on Static IP's and has a built-in dynamic IP change option if you have dynamic.

This is the first program that actually works with my static IP, I highly recommend it!
